Daniel J. Weintraub focuses in business and consumer bankruptcy law, debt consolidation and negotiation. Mr. Weintraub was named one of Southern California's Super lawyers by his peers in 2008. He is a member of the Los Angeles County and the Beverly Hills Bar Associations and the Individual and Consumer Bankruptcy Sub-Committee of the LA County Bar Section on Commercial Law and Bankruptcy.
James R. Selth was employed for seven years by California Federal Savings & Loan Association, where he served as Assistant Vice President and Branch Manager of Cal Fed's Pasadena office. Mr. Selth is recognized as one of the leading consumer and small business bankruptcy attorneys in Southern California.
Summer Saad has extensive trial experience gained during the years she served as a prosecutor in the offices of the District Attorney and later the Attorney General in Oregon. Ms. Saad has tried 27 jury trials and hundreds of bench trials. She moved to Los Angeles and became an Associate Attorney of Weintraub & Selth, APC in 2007.
